CRAWLSPACE REMEDIATION

Animals in the home can be incredibly destructive. Raccoons, opossums, rodents, and even otters, have been known to cause major destruction in crawlspaces. They can urinate and defecate, rip down insulation, tear apart moisture barrier, rip off pipe insulation, and even pull apart HVAC ducting. 

Urine and feces can be host to a number of bacteria and diseases that pose a health risk to you and your family. On occasion, animals can damage the ducting in the attic or crawlspace, leading to the bacteria spores and other airborne illnesses being transferred into the home via your heating system.
